The Practical Benefits of Underfloor Heating
One of the most immediate advantages of underfloor heating is the reclaiming of wall space. From an efficiency perspective, wet underfloor heating operates at flow temperatures of around 35 to 45 degrees Celsius, compared to the 65 to 75 degrees typically required by a radiator system. When paired with an air source heat pump, which performs best at lower flow temperatures, underfloor heating becomes even more efficient.
